Safe Havens provides home accessibility and modification services across Western Pennsylvania, helping people with mobility challenges and aging adults remain safe and independent where they live. We assess how someone uses their home and make practical improvements such as grab bars, safer bathrooms, ramps, steps and rail solutions, and targeted safety upgrades that reduce fall risks and support daily movement.
Our work is grounded in years of experience in home inspections and residential safety. That background guides how we evaluate each space, document what we see, and recommend only the changes that genuinely improve access. This approach gives families, caregivers, and professionals confidence that every modification is thoughtful, necessary, and done to a high standard.
Safe Havens supports older adults, people with mobility or balance concerns, caregivers, and the professionals who help them. We serve the community that values safety, dignity, and independence at home.
Home accessibility is more than construction. It is peace of mind. When the right changes are made, people move with less fear, families worry less, and the home becomes a place of comfort again. That is the outcome we work to create.
